Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped usually within 3-5 working days of your payment being confirmed.

If you wish to change the shipping address you've provided us, please make sure to do this before your order is handed to our shipping courier as we won't be able to make these changes after it has been processed. If you find out that you've missed this deadline and still want to change addresses, use the tracking number (which is included in your order confirmation email once processed), and contact the relevant shipping provider as per their suggestion. We would suggest calling them during open hours, as other contact methods are slow.

After your order is processed, shipping typically takes:

USA: 3-7 business days

UK: 3-5 business days

EU: 5-10 business days

International: 14-21 business days
